Getting Started
The Live Score Monitor (LSM) is your live board for today's tennis matches. It shows scores and serve stats as they happen, and flags key moments — breaks of serve, missed break points, comebacks — with on-screen alerts and optional sounds, so you can follow many matches at once without watching each one.
This is a different tool from the stats site (stats.tennisprofits.com). The
stats site is the pre-match and historical reference you read before a match; LSM
is where you watch it happen. Player names here link directly into the stats site,
so the two work together.
The four tabs
The whole page is organised into four tabs, each with a live count of how many matches are currently in that state.

| Tab | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Scheduled Matches | Upcoming matches for today — the planning board. |
| LIVE Matches | Matches in play right now, with live scores, stats and alerts. |
| Finished Matches | Matches that have ended — final scores and stats. |
| My Matches | Your personal watchlist. See My Matches. |
The page updates itself about once a minute while it's open. You never need to reload.
Page anatomy at a glance

A live row packs a lot into one line: round, player names (click to open the stats site), a serve-ball icon, odds, game score, set scores, live serve stats and — on LIVE matches — an alerts column. The row layout is covered fully in Reading a Match Row.
The deep-page icons
Three small icons on a row each open a different view of that match in a pop-up:
| Icon | What opens |
|---|---|
| Chart | Match Stats — per-set stat table and Stats Charts |
| Bars | Visual Stats — same stats, side-by-side comparison bars |
| Info | Contextual Stats — how each player performs in this situation |
These pop-ups update themselves. No need to refresh manually.
Notes
The page keeps itself up to date while it's open — about once a minute. You never reload. The four tab counts reflect all of today's matches; filters you apply change the list below but not the counts.
A match that just finished can linger on the LIVE tab for about two minutes before it moves to Finished. Normal — not a stale page.
Tips & Tricks
- Start on LIVE for any match in play; use Scheduled first thing to plan the day.
- Use Player Search to jump straight to a match — faster than scrolling.
- Glance at the four tab counts to gauge how busy the day is before diving in.
- Coloured stat numbers only appear once a match has generated enough serve data.
- Turn sounds on once at the start of your session so you can look away and still catch key moments. See Turning On Sound.
FAQ
What is the Live Score Monitor, and how is it different from the stats site? LSM is a live board for today's matches: scores, serve stats and key-moment alerts as they happen, so you can follow many at once without watching each one. The stats site is the pre-match and historical reference. Player names here link straight to the stats site, so they work together.
Do I need to reload the page to see new scores? No. The page updates itself about once a minute while it's open. Leave it running.
When does a match move from LIVE to Finished? Right after it ends it stays on LIVE for about two minutes (so you can catch the final score), then shifts to Finished on its own.
Are the times shown in my own timezone? Yes — match start times are converted to your device's local time automatically. Nothing to set.
Which tab should I start on each day? LIVE for anything in play now. Scheduled first thing in the morning to plan and build a shortlist before matches begin.
Why do some matches have coloured stat numbers and others don't? Colours and numbers appear only once a match has generated enough serve data. A blank row hasn't started yet, or is too early in play for reliable figures.
Where do I turn sounds on? Use the floating speaker control on the page. See Turning On Sound for the one-time browser step that lets audio play at all.
